A certain balance in nutrition is necessary, this is one of the components of success in achieving good results by a bodybuilder. A bodybuilder should receive a certain amount of calories per day, calculated in accordance with his body weight, a sufficient amount of vitamins, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, so that the body has something to build muscle from. Most vitamins are stored in freshly prepared food. If the food is cooked in advance, then it loses almost all of its useful properties, and is considered " dead ." Such food will not bring any benefits, but will only be deposited in the form of unnecessary fat.

It is not permissible to eat sweets, flour products and confectioneries, fried and spicy. It is better if these products are replaced completely or at least partially with fresh fruits and vegetables or juice squeezed from them. In a sufficient amount, proteins should be present in the daily diet, this is the most important building material for muscles (a large amount is found in meat, eggs, fish) and fats, but in a smaller amount, both animal and plant origin.

Sitting down at the table, you need to remember that overeating is the enemy of the athlete. In order not to transmit, you need to eat slowly, carefully chewing food, it is advisable to have a food diary where you can write down the menu for a week, making sure that it is as varied as possible, and also not bad after each meal, write down everything eaten in the diary. This will help if necessary, adjust the power supply, add missing components or remove unnecessary ones. And of course, you need to use fluid, since during strength training, dehydration may occur if a person does not drink water.
