It is much easier to work out all the muscles right away than to increase the intervals between exercises for a specific muscle group due to skipping classes.

12 lunges forward leg on each leg with dumbbells in hand;

10 dumbbell drafts to the belt on each side;

12 rods of the upper block;

12 dumbbell presses on an incline bench.

Take a break for three minutes, repeat the circle again. Beginners should start with three circles. At the end of the training, approximately 7-10 minutes walk along the path.
